Returns & Exchanges

At Converse Official Online Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact, and include the original invoice or packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
